Live
Everything in one place

Stop juggling spreadsheets, group chats, and a sign-up sheet by the register.

Event scheduling

List leagues, tournaments, and drop-in nights. Game listings stay in draft until the game system confirms the details.

Roster management

We track who's registered. Capacity never moves from a Register click alone.

Player messaging

Reminders attach to calendar dates — link your Google Calendar to get them where you already look. Email reminders are coming soon.

Automatic discovery

Listed events surface on the public board as soon as they're ready.

Game-specific tools

Pairing and scoring live on the game's own site

Shared staff access

Owners and staff each get their own login — owners control who can do what, so you can delegate specific games or tasks to the right staff member.

Getting started

Live in about a week.

1

Create the store account

Sign up as the store, with its own email. The people who run it keep separate player accounts.

2

Get verified

A Central Admin reviews the store before it appears on the public directory.

3

List your first event

General events are listed right on Hobby Muster. Game events also get additional setup through their game system's dedicated site.

4

Players find you

Listed events appear on the muster board.

Pricing

Simple, honest pricing.

A streaming overlay is planned as a future paid add-on. Full billing details are still being finalized.

Create a store account

Why do stores need to be verified?

We verify every store before it goes on the public directory. The store is created as its own account at signup, separate from the player accounts of the people who run it.

Do I need a store to organize events?

Not right now — event organizing is currently tied to a verified store. We're planning a separate Event Holder account type for organizers who run events without a retail storefront.

How do game events get listed?

You draft the listing right on Hobby Muster — game type, schedule, venue, and capacity. Game-specific setup, like missions, points, and format, is completed on that game's own dedicated site. The event only goes public once both sides confirm the details, so players never see an incomplete listing.

Do I run pairings and scoring here?

No. Hobby Muster handles scheduling, discovery, your profile, and the roster. Pairing, scoring, and game-specific registration all happen on that game's dedicated site.

How do players register for a game event?

Players find the event on the public board — no login needed just to browse. Registration is completed on the game's dedicated site, and capacity only updates once that's submitted. Clicking Register on Hobby Muster alone doesn't hold a seat.
